Terms for text message communications from Move with Gusto and Gus Tosti.

Business name

These terms apply to text messages sent by Tosti Homes LLC (Move with Gusto · Gus Tosti, and GusNexa Rentals, the rental division of Tosti Homes LLC), 4540 Guilford St, Detroit, MI 48224. Text messages are sent only to people who opt in by checking the optional SMS box on a form on this website or linked from it (for tenants: the GusNexa Rentals permission form on our Rentals page). Providing your phone number alone does not opt you in.

Types of messages

If you opt in through an SMS consent checkbox or other affirmative consent mechanism, you agree to receive SMS messages related to your inquiry or request. Providing your phone number alone does not opt you in. Message types may include:

  • Responses to your inquiries or questions
  • Property-related information you requested
  • Requested real estate information, such as listings or market updates
  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Follow-up communications related to the contact you initiated
  • For GusNexa Rentals tenants: repair and maintenance updates, rent reminders, and lease and move-out updates

Message frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on your needs and the nature of your inquiry. You will not receive marketing messages you did not request.

Opt out

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent.
