How the renter-referral works
The idea is simple. Gus works with renters across Metro Detroit. Sometimes those renters are looking for a property and do not find a match in what is currently listed. If your rental could be a fit, Gus can send your listing their way.

Gus checks for a possible match
If there is a renter Gus is already working with who may be a fit, he will connect the two of you. If there is not a match right now, that is fine too.
You take it from there
The introduction is free. What happens after that is between you and the renter. Gus is available if you want to talk through additional real estate services, but there is no obligation.
